To The Schofield Family,
I just learned of David's passing today, while visiting one of our good friends, Hugh Heishman. What a guy that Dave Schofield. We played alot of tennis during the nineties before Dave moved to Hilton Head, where we attended the Family Circle tennis tournaments annually, where Dave and his family fell in love with Hilton Head Island.
Thoughts and prayers to Dave's children, who were always great kids--Dave and Betsy were very proud of their children.
"My deepest Condolence go to the Schofield family at this time of distress. May your memories of your loss loved one comfort you and your family today and always. Please take comfort in God's word at 2 Corinthians 1:3 "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort". Always cherish your beautiful memories. JW.org
To the family of Mr. David Schofield.
The gift of life as it was passed on through a breath of air into the nostrils meant life. The beauty of life never grows old and is never an uneventful occasion, there is always enough joy for all, hugs and kisses abound. In the resurrection we will have more joy to go around, because we will regain those we love. Rev21:4
May Jehovah God sustain you at this time of such great loss. Psalm 34:18,19 "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted;
He saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Dave was a wonderful man. I wish I had know him longer. His kind words to me, for the loss of my husband and the encouragement he gave to continue day by day through my sorrow, helped tremendously.
My love and prayers to all of you.
Heartfelt condolences to you Pam. We feel so very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Dave and to enjoy his humor and warmth while sailing last year. We wish you comfort and strength in the days to come. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Warm regards, Sam & Phil
My condolences, prayers and much love during this very sad time.
Gen and I extend our deepest condolences to Pam and the entire family. Dave was a wonderful man — always kind, caring, supportive and an active volunteer at church and in the community. We enjoyed many church, neighborhood, social and political activities with him and the family when we all lived in Oakton. His outstanding military service to the country is much appreciated. We hope that special memories of your time together will provide some solace.
May the Lord encourage and continue to lift up the family with good friends during this time. Our son, Carson Adams is a rising junior at The Citadel. Our family has been greatly blessed with the generous scholarship established by David and Pam for cadets like Carson. This family has been such an encouragement to Carson and they have embraced him with support. David will be missed however his legacy of leadership and blessings will continue. I was glad to have had a chance to speak with David and Pam a few weeks ago about Carson's most recent rank promotion. Sharon and I will pray for comfort and blessings for the family in the weeks to come.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers go to the whole family.
May Jehovah God sustain you at this time of such great loss. Psalm 34:28,19 "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit."
David was a patriot Who served his country, family, friends and community
With great honor and respect. We are blessed to have him and Pam as neighbors and friends the last twelve years. He will be affectionately remembered and sincerely missed.
An honor and a pleasure to meet this man that meant so much to my Dad. Seemed like a top shelf man that fit alot of greatness into his life.
That was a life well lived. My condolences to Pam and family.
