Concepcion O. Santos, 88, of Bluffton, SC died unexpectantly Monday morning, July 6, 2020.

She was the beloved mother of Maria (Rick) Jacoby; adored grandmother of Nick Jacoby, Annette Jacoby, Selena Menjivar and Lucia Jacoby; loving great grandmother of Alexander Jones and Brooklynn Bostick; sister of Humercinda Chevez, Alicia Chevez, Consuelo Chevez and Saul Chevez.

Funeral Service will be 2pm Friday, July 10 at The Island Funeral Home.

Burial will be in San Salvador, El Salvador.
