Obituary of Robin Ditre

Robin Ditre passed away peacefully at her home in Bluffton, SC after a brief battle with lung cancer on February 22, 2021, surrounded by family, friends and her devoted grand-pup, Chase.  She was 67.

Robin was born on March 14, 1953, in Brooklyn, NY to Vincent and Helen Ditre.

She pursued a degree in graphic design after moving to North Hollywood, CA.

She moved to Hilton Head Island, SC with her daughter, Amanda in July 1988.

Robin was an avid gardener, talented photographer and writer.  She enjoyed hiking in the mountains, walking on the beach and playing with her pup.

Robin is survived by her daughter, Amanda Eppler, her sister Caroline (Edgar) Calderon of Baldwin, NY, her brother, Adam Ditre of Islip, NY, her niece Erika (Jon) Martinez of Freeport, NY, and her great-nephew, Carter Martinez, and many cousins.  She was predeceased by her parents.

Robin will be cremated and a celebration of life with be held at a later date.
