Obituary of Charles "Bud" Zeiser

Charles (Bud) Zeiser passed away peacefully on April 2, 2024 in his home on Hilton Head Island, SC. He was 78. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he grew up in the Tacony section of Philadelphia where he attended St. Leo Elementary School. He was a graduate of Father Judge High School class of 1963 and LaSalle (College) University class of 1967 where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.

Survived by his wife of 57 years, Kathleen (Kathy) Zeiser, they resided in Solebury Township, Bucks County, PA. until retiring to Hilton Head Island, SC in 2012. Bud enjoyed spending time with his children, Marianne Zeiser, Carol Koebert (Edward) and Michael Zeiser (Becky) and his six grandchildren, Faith, Nicholas and Abby Koebert; Julia, Jess and Amanda Zeiser as well as golfing with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his father Charles R. (Bud) Zeiser and his mother Mary R. (Lally) Zeiser. He is also survived by his sister Rosemary James of Fullerton, CA, his brother Lawrence Zeiser of Boiling Springs, SC., and many nieces and nephews who loved their “Uncle Bud.”

A Celebration of Life for Charles (Bud) Zeiser will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 starting at 5:00pm at St Timothy’s Catholic Church, 3001 Levick St, Philadelphia, PA, 19149. Parking is available behind the Church. An elevator is also available up to the main church. Refreshments & light fare will be served after Mass in St. Timothy’s school hall.
