Obituary of Michael John Gleason

Michael J. Gleason (1952-2023)—was the beloved husband of Debra (Sheek); cherished father of Jessica (Bradley) Brown; and devoted brother of Mary (Jeff) Jeffrey, James (Cindy) Gleason, Dennis (late Audrey) Gleason, and Nora (Charles) Specht.  He is also survived by many, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Michael was the son of the late James P. and Irene J. (Krupp) Gleason.

Michael was an active member of his community. In his professional life he was a well-respected leader in the mortgage and banking industry.  He was a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and a man of many kindnesses.   

There will be a memorial service for Michael on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at The Island Funeral Home and Crematory, 4 Cardinal Road, Hilton Head Island, SC at 2:00 pm with visitation following until 4:00 pm.
