Obituary of Elaine Restivo

Elaine Restivo, long-time resident of Carmel, NY passed away on February 2, 2024, of cancer at the age of 83.

Elaine Zasso was born in the Bronx, NY. She moved to Lake Carmel as a teenager and graduated from Carmel HS.  Elaine worked for the Carmel Central School District for over 30 years and retired in 1996.  In 2001, Elaine and her husband Carmine moved to Hilton Head, where they enjoyed retired life making many friends. 

Elaine leaves behind her husband; Carmine of 63 years, daughter; Joanne Jensen, son-in-law; Jeff Knopping, granddaughters; Caroline Jensen Buzzanca and her husband Andrew Buzzanca and Olivia Jensen, and brother David Zasso.

Services will be held at Island Funeral Home, Hilton Head, SC.
